| There are two options for parishes to consider when choosing
to access the audio-video resources in the Resource Center. |

| 1. Unlimited Use: | |
| With a single annual payment determined by the number of households
in the parish and/or mission parish, a parish has unlimited use of all audio-video
resources (audio cassettes, CD ROMs, video cassettes) in the Resource Center.
There will not be any additional costs for postage or previewing of resource
material. Parishes may include their mission parish(es) on the Unlimited Use Option. The total number of households is to include those of the mission parish(es) as well. $125 Parish of 1-99 households $150 Parish of 100-499 households without a Catholic School $175 Parish of 100-499 households with a Catholic School $200 Parish of 500-1000 households without a Catholic School $225 Parish of 500-1000 households with a Catholic School $250 Parish of 1000+ households without a Catholic School $275 Parish of 1000+ households with a Catholic School |

| 2. Rental For Each Individual Resource: | |
| If a parish chooses not to utilize the Unlimited Use Option each audio-video
resource used will be subject to a rental fee with additional shipping costs.
